HOW DO I GET TO THE YARDS?
By car: Address: The Yards, 15 Argall Avenue, Unit 13, E10 7QE. On arrival you’ll see a large grey building labelled ‘Leyton Studios’ on your right, please take the access road to the right of the. building to the rear and you’ll see unit 13 in the corner.
Client/crew access: Reception area is around the back of the building. Follow the road down the right hand side of building (see photo below) then turn left through the carpark, you will find us in the back corner (Unit 13)
By public transport: By train, nearest overground station is Lea Bridge Station (8min walk,) with connections to Stratford (5mins. Central & Jubilee lines) and Tottenham Hale (4mins, Victoria line).
By bus, W19 from Walthamstow bus station (Stop E) towards Argall Avenue (get off at the last stop where the bus terminates, not the one that says Argall Avenue industrial Estate!)
55 from Hackney - get off at Perth Road and walk down Argall Way
Deliveries: Take the side road to the rear of the building (see photo below) Deliver to Unit13.
IS THERE PARKING?
Kit can be dropped off at reception ready for your shoot by driving to the rear of the building taking the access road on the right. Look for Unit 13 in the corner. Parking is available in the private carpark at the entry to the estate (2min walk). Please remember pay at the machine for your vehicle (£3 for 3hours, £6 for 8hrs & £10 for 24hrs).
Do the studios come with tea & coffee
The studios come with complimentary tea & cafetiere coffee. However, our staff are also trained baristas and we have a cafe in reception you can order from at additional cost. Each studio also comes with a stocked fridge which is billed in addition to the job. Please let us know prior to the booking if you would like the fridges emptied.
Do you have any catering & production support
We have several partners we work with for catering and other elements of production support you may need (set build, lighting and digital EQ, etc). Please get in touch with your production requirements and we can help find a partner for you.
Do you have disabled access?
Studio A has disabled access including a disabled toilet. Studio B currently has no disabled access.
