STUDIO B
Studio B @ The Yards is a 4500sq ft 1st floor Warehouse location space with exposed brick and beautiful old metal style crittall windows with north west facing light. We’ve kept the Warehouse's industrial feel but added some nice luxuries for you, including air-conditioning, shower facilities, green room, styling and makeup areas, plus an outdoor roof space with uninterrupted views of industrial East London.
RATES
Editorial Rate (9am-6pm) - £675 +VAT
Commercial Rate (9am-6pm) - £1075 +VAT
Overtime is £100 per hour.
£75 daily surcharge for using continuous lighting.
ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT WILL BE SUPPLIED THROUGH OUR EQUIPMENT PROVIDER. PLEASE SEND US YOUR KITLIST WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING.

Styling area has 1x 5ft black rail with approx 40 mix hangers, x1 steamer, x2 trestle tables and a stool. Hair styling area has x2 high chairs, a makeup table with lit up mirrors.
Unfortunately, Studio B does not have disabled or lift access at this time.
If you intend to use any of the furniture pictured please check in with us before your shoot to check if the particular item is still in the studio.
This studio is not a sound stage so if audio recording is required please organise a sound recce first to see suitability.
Green room
The mezzanine level contains a separate space which can be used for client green room or a production office.
Daylight
The studio is north-west facing and receives direct light through the critical windows and diffuse light through the sawtooth roof windows. The Cove area and windows above can be partially blacked out.
